Threelac Probiotic Dietary Supplement
Anyone who needs vitamin supplements and looks at its bottles or boxes is familiar with the vitamins that are contained in each tablet.
But what do those vitamins actually do? Do you truly need to take them? Under is a list of the most common vitamins common to supplements and a description of what they do.
Vitamin A
- usually found in leafy vegetables and in other products like carrots, broccoli, papaya, eggs and liver, this vitamin helps keep the eyes healthy. A lack of this vitamin can cause lasting loss of eyesight.
Vitamin B1
- thiamine is the other name for this vitamin. It keeps the heart and the digestive and nervous systems operation normally. Apart from that, thiamine is also essential in a person’s physical growth and development. Good sources of this vitamin include beef, pork, nuts and legumes, among other foods.
Vitamin B2
- otherwise known as riboflavin, this vitamin is important in metabolizing energy as well as fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Everyday sources of this vitamin include milk, cheese and leafy vegetables. A shortcoming of this vitamin is signaled by cracked lips, mouth ulcers and sore throat, among other symptoms.
Vitamin C
- as well known as ascorbic acid, this vitamin has a lot of benefits ascribed to it. Some of them include encouraging the immune system and minimizing the symptoms of illnesses. It is also a renowned antioxidant. Deficiency of this vitamin can cause scurvy that leads to loss of teeth and eventually, death.

| It really does work. I read the reviews myself plus a friend of mine told me to try it. I have been giving it to my son for about 1 month and I can see the effects of it. It has helped improve his overall health...he had really bad gut issues. The whole family will be taking it from now on...I'm sure we all need it. |

| I've been using ThreeLac for about three years now. I would use nothing else. I find it to be one of the most aggressive probiotics out there and I recommend it to my friends and family all the time. I have a gluten intolerance and ThreeLac has helped make my intestinal villi heal wonderfully (in addition to a gluten free diet). However I initially started using ThreeLac for chronic yeast,,,,of which I've have no problems since. I would highly recommend this product. If u get a die-off reaction at first (i.e. herxheimer reaction), don't be scared of it. That's the yeast spores dying off. Once you get through it, your life returns. I promise. |
Overpriced, Overhyped MLM Product

This product has been sold through Multi-Level Marketing for years now. I bought into the hype and bought a "3 month supply" for $150. I read so many rave reviews on it, that I was 100% positive it would work. Well, needeless to say, it didn't. While I didn't notice NO effects, the results were pretty darn close to zero.
Don't believe the hype that this is a candida silver bullet. It works for some, and it doesn't work for some, just like most nutritional supplements. One of the things that isn't emphasized enough unfortunately is eating right for your type. Avurveda says it, Chinese Medicine says it.
I'm not here to call the testimonials on this product fake, but I bet you're going in reality see a 50/50 split down the middle with those it's worked for and those it hasn't. |
Cure your stomach and yeast problems

I took this product for about 6 months, and it completely cured my systemic yeast and digestive problems. I had to go up to about 5 packets a day, but it worked, and nothing else had worked. It's awesome stuff. Then I stopped using it for a year or so, had some return of stomach/digestion trouble, and I've started doing 2 packets a day, which seems to be enough to put my system back on track. You just put it in a little water, it takes like lemon.
The other great option for stomach problems is a tablespoon of cider vinegar a day -- that cured my dad's colitis. Both of these cures work by giving your stomach back some of the healthy bacteria it needs. I'd try the cheaper one (cider vinegar) first, and if that doesn't do the trick, try this stuff. It's really worth it. |
