Reasons For Bad Breath
One of the main causes of bad breath is induced by the build up of bacteria in the tongue especially at the rear of the tongue and underneath layers. Nevertheless, this problem can conveniently be treated using a blend of equipment like oral tongue cleaners and superb oral cleaning routine.
You should know that tonsils could carry lots of bacteria as well as tonsil stones. These are enough to let out tons of bad odors so much that no amount of tongue or teeth cleaning can effectively treat. The happiest thing is that these stones can be thawed and the bacteria eliminated.
Though it is very challenging for an internal medical problem to induce bad breath but this is an aspect that should be taken into consideration. If every available remedy of breath refreshing has been tried, a doctor should be consulted in the bid to determine the main cause behind the problem.
One of the leading reasons of bad breath is an anaerobic bacterium that inhibits the rear of the tongue. These bacteria are not that harmful in that they assist in the digestion procedure of humans. So, you can’t and you should not try to eliminate all of them. Yet, if you allow your mouth to be always dry, then you are providing a safe heaven for them to keep multiplying and that means more foul smells.
Did you know that while you are asleep, your mouth gets dry? In this shape, the bacteria in your mouth are empowered to overpopulate. So, have it in mind that all humans have these bacteria so you can’t contract bad breath by the mere act of kissing somebody. The key is always to keep your mouth hydrated by drinking plenty of water regularly.

Decent price fro Amazon for Plax

This is the regular Plax (not a knock off product). With the free shipping and no tax, it beat the prices I can get at the local stores even on sales. However, it still isn't very cheap. Maybe if you get lucky with a sale you can beat the price at retail.
I use a little measure graduated cylinder (rectangle actually) from a water test kit to measure out about 7ml when I use this stuff. If you swig it out of the bottle you'll find you probably use 10-20 ml per rinse. All you really need is 6 to 7 ml, and at the prices for this, you are wise to make yourself measure it out. You might as well anyway to not waste... |

| i really like this stuff. I use it before I brush and my teeth and mouth feel cleaner than when I don't use it. Plus I get less cavities now then I used to. All the flavors are pretty good, too. |

| Best pre-brush formula on the market. It actively works to loosen up all those small bits in your mouth. I much prefer to brush my teeth after first rinsing with Plax. |
