When someone is unable to take charge of their eating, they are also potential to get out of control with other aspects of life as well. They could finish spending too much, talking overmuch, even going to bed later and later.

You should constantly think of that restraining food in any way is always a negative thing. Healthy eating is a way of living, something that you can perform to raise your body or your life-style. I'm pleased to be able to buy it on Amazon and have done so several times. I saw another review of the same product where the consumer was complaining about how soft it was......but it's soft eating licorice. It's not meant to be all ridged and plastic like the stuff we know of in America. Try it, you will love it.
