Product cleaned my carpets & furniture ok. I can't compare it to another one since it's the only one i have ever used. I can't wait to see how much dirt comes out the next time I use it.

Seems to do a very good job when compared to some others I have tried, but them it could just be my preference. I purchased this item along with a Hoover steam vacuum. Combined together they do an excellent job.

Ordered from Grady's. Slow delivery poor customer service. Carpet cleaner works the same as most others I've used.

This liquid soap for your Carpet Cleaners works GREAT...Seemed to really work much better than the Non Name version at the Hardware Store. Your carpet is as clean as your detergeant. This stuff works good...Got Lots of stains out. Also got this after seeing great review by Consumer Reports.
Works great!

This worked great. Low foam so it didn't leave the carpet feeling like there was a residue like some cleaners I've used. (assuming you use the recommended amount per use). The smell was not overpowering or strangely unpleasant like some rug cleaning solutions I've used either. It's a light scent that just makes the house smell fresh and clean. It pulled up some hard to clean stains, which is partly attributed to my rug cleaner, but brightened up the dull, high-traffic areas.
