2 More Easy Ways To Relief Headache
A headache is a condition of mild to intensive painful sensation in the head. It can as well attack at our upper back or neck. In that respect are diverse types of headache, only most of the time headache is brought on by tenseness, too long in front of computer, noise and others.

Obviously, we cannot sleep at the office or at the shopping centre. In addition, we might run of aspirin when headache strike us.
Do not worry! When we suffer from headache, we can help ourselves with self-massage. It is simple and everybody can perform it, either at work or home.
Here are two more uncomplicated ways to massage away our headache.
1. Neck Massage — Massage a spot where you can sense it by moving the middle fingers of your hands to the rear of your head and feel the base of your skull. Particularly, at the tops of your neck that touches the base of your skull. Massage for a couple of minutes using finger tips soft in circular motion.
2. Scalp Massage – Let palms of your hands massage your scalp on the top of your skull for a minute softly.
Once you have finished all those massages, start taking a deep breath. Rise your shoulders towards your ears for five to 10 seconds to relief leftover pain, and then let them drop back down into their normal posture.
You are going to feel better when you can do that for a couple of times. Your massage will ease your headache and your head will feel less burdensome.

| It's a good approach but construction quality didn't satisfy my needs. The beads bags kept shifting around to my throat instead of back of the neck. Sewn seams on the bags failed, leaking beads. When the zipper broke, I gave up and tossed it. |

Does a nice job relaxing the neck area, however, possibly not offensive to some, has an odor that I find annoying after a bit. Well constructed. Heat needs to be replenished after awhile. |
This is great!

| I gave this to my oldest grandson as he was always taking his mom's. It's a bit larger and he now heats it up and puts it in bed to warm his feet. Great Gift!! |
