2 More Easy Ways To Relief Headache
A headache is a condition of mild to intensive painful sensation in the head. It can as well attack at our upper back or neck. In that respect are diverse types of headache, only most of the time headache is brought on by tenseness, too long in front of computer, noise and others.

Obviously, we cannot sleep at the office or at the shopping centre. In addition, we might run of aspirin when headache strike us.
Do not worry! When we suffer from headache, we can help ourselves with self-massage. It is simple and everybody can perform it, either at work or home.
Here are two more uncomplicated ways to massage away our headache.
1. Neck Massage — Massage a spot where you can sense it by moving the middle fingers of your hands to the rear of your head and feel the base of your skull. Particularly, at the tops of your neck that touches the base of your skull. Massage for a couple of minutes using finger tips soft in circular motion.
2. Scalp Massage – Let palms of your hands massage your scalp on the top of your skull for a minute softly.
Once you have finished all those massages, start taking a deep breath. Rise your shoulders towards your ears for five to 10 seconds to relief leftover pain, and then let them drop back down into their normal posture.
You are going to feel better when you can do that for a couple of times. Your massage will ease your headache and your head will feel less burdensome.

Does a nice job relaxing the neck area, however, possibly not offensive to some, has an odor that I find annoying after a bit. Well constructed. Heat needs to be replenished after awhile. |
This is great!

| I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for awhile. After enjoying heat on my neck during my physical therapy sessions, I decided to purchase the Moist Heat Therapy wrap. WOW! It's better than I expected. 2 min. 50 seconds in the microwave and my wrap is ready to use. I can secure the wrap around my neck or leave it open so the muscles near the front of my shoulders/chest get some nice heat and warmth. The aromatherapy scent is delightful. I need to make time every day to just chill out. This is a perfect product to relax with. I'm going to order a couple more for gifts. |

| I purchased the item as a gift for christmas at my friend's request. she just phoned me and told me the item is not good. she stated the velcro does not stick. she asked me to return it. therefore, although i did not have direct use of this item, I now have to return it. I would not recommend it as it does not do what it promises. |
